Jason Diamond is the Founder and Managing Partner of Argonaut Capital.

Born and raised in a real estate family, Jason takes pride in the assets he owns and manages, viewing each as a long-term benefit to both the community and his investors. Inspired by the spirit of the ancient Argonauts, he values honesty, relationships, and teamwork, and strives to embody these principles every day.

With nearly 20 years of institutional and private real estate investment experience and has successfully closed over $750M in transaction volume across all commercial real estate asset types. Jason specializes in sourcing, structuring, underwriting and executing transactions and provides unique value through his relationships and experience with both private and institutional investors. Prior to the last 15 years in real estate private investments, Jason worked in capital markets/leasing with Jones Lang LaSalle in Dubai, United Arab Emirates advising on over $3B of mixed-use office and commercial developments.

Jason received a Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Southern California and attended undergraduate at the University of San Diego and was a member on the NCAA Division 1 Men’s Golf Team.

On the weekends you will find Jason surrounded with his beautiful four kids coaching sports, spending time outdoors, and trying to create as many family golf days as possible.
